Medication delivery

A medication contains a pharmacological substance. Medication delivery is subject to prescription following a clinical examination or a medical or surgical intervention. The medication delivery without examination is prohibited. The prescription also requires the identification of animals, the name of the owner and the name of the holder. The reports sent to the owners and holders are not prescription. The vast majority of prescriptions made at the clinic are non-renewable.

Delivery by mail is possible after a consultation or a visit if the time between examination and delivery does not exceed 10 days. The medications are then delivered in sealed packages with the name and address of owner or holder. The prescription is attached inside the package.

Supplement delivery

Supplements do not contain any pharmacological substances. As a result, they may be sold freely without prescription. Advice can be given on the use of these supplements. The range of these products is relatively large, the clinic takes care to select and sell the most efficient products.

A full range of products of different brands is permanently displayed and accessible at the office.
